Grade A alpaca fleece in 100g bags - perfect for spinning, felting and other textile crafts!

Available in 5 natural colours, this is premium quality, blanket-cut fleece from our own herd of alpacas kept at Bearhouse Farm in East Devon.

Approx. staple length: 10cm

Alpaca fleece is wonderfully soft yet is also one of the strongest animal fibres in the world. Its hypoallergenic properties make it an ideal choice for items made for allergy sufferers, babies or small children.

This is a 100% natural product - the fleece has been taken straight from our alpacas and as such is raw and unwashed. It is generally clean enough to use straight from the bag, but you may prefer to card or comb the fibre before use to make a more even yarn / felt.

Please note that it is possible the bags may also contain some organic material.
